The Cyprus Army Officers Association (hereafter referred to as “CAOA”), to which the website <syndesmosaxiomatikon.com> belongs, offers its services under the following terms, which the guest/user of this website is requested to carefully read and visit/use the website syndesmosaxiomatikon.com only if he/she accepts them in their entirety.
TERMS OF USE

Any offers for members shall be deemed as addressed only to the registered members of CAOA and/or their family members (spouse and/or children), as expressly stated in the offer description for each product and/or service. Discounts/offers cannot be combined and aggregated in parallel with seasonal discounts or promotions that may be offered by affiliated companies and/or individuals, unless explicitly stated in the offer description for each product and/or service.
Discount/offer will be applied upon presentation of a valid CAOA membership card, prior to the issuance of any invoice by the respective discount and/or offer provider.
The CAOA shall not be responsible for the following:
a. Any complaints related to any company’s inability or refusal to provide members of the Association and/or their families (spouse and/or children) with the benefits, listed in the respective offers and/or discounts.
b. Any complaints regarding the service quality of the companies listed on this website.
c. Termination of cooperation with any company.
The CAOA reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, part or all of its services with or without notice to users/members.
REGISTRATION
If a visitor/guest of syndesmosaxiomatikon.com, being an active member of CAOA, wishes to subscribe to the service(s) of syndesmosaxiomatikon.com as user, he/she shall agree to:
a. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the details requested by the syndesmosaxiomatikon.com on application for access to its content/services.
b. Maintain and thoroughly update his/her registration details and to keep them true, accurate, valid, current and complete. Any changes thereof can be communicated by telephone, e-mail, post.
If an active member of CAOA while being a user of syndesmosaxiomatikon.com decides to terminate his/her account, then as a user of syndesmosaxiomatikon.com he/she shall be obliged to notify CAOA about his/her intention by e-mail or post. A notice thereof will be sent to the member upon deregistration.
The user understands and accepts that CAOA reserves the exclusive right to discontinue the use of password(s) for the access to its services and/or discontinue the availability of content to the users who, to their belief, have violated these terms of use.
Registration of new members of CAOA is available through the website syndesmosaxiomatikon.com (it is understood that re-registration of any member is considered as a new registration). The main prerequisite for the registration is that the guest/visitor, being officer in service of the Cyprus Army and he/she correctly fills in all mandatory fields that appear on the page “REGISTRATION OF A NEW CAOA MEMBER” and has a PayPal account for the payment of a subscription fee, as specified in the memorandum of CAOA. It is emphasized that this amount is not refundable in case of cancellation of the registration as a new member (or re-registration) with CAOA. In any case, CAOA cannot be held responsible for causing any damage that might occur to the visitor by using the new membership service at CAOA with regards to the payment of a subscription fee through PayPal. The transaction through PayPal binds exclusively the visitor and the PayPal company.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
