The Administrative Council of the Cyprus Army Officers Association would like to inform you that the final positioning of the parliamentary parties regarding the regulation governing the working and duty hours of the National Guard members of the Republic took place on the 14^th May 2015. It is expected that this will be forwarded to the Plenary of the House of Representatives for vote on the 21^st May 2015. Currently, a positive attitude towards our legitimate demands is evident on the part of the majority of the parliamentary parties; however, we cannot provide further details since the present procedure is yet to be completed. A more detailed briefing will provided after the vote of the regulation by the House of Representatives.
